The 120,000 s.f. headquarters for Guide Corporation,
the world’s largest manufacturer of automotive lighting, showcases
our Design-Build expertise. Working
closely with Guide throughout the design, we were able to make their
entire wish list affordable.
Special features of this building include a monumental
lobby staircase, technical laboratories with proprietary testing
facilities, multi-media conference and presentation galleries, a
plaza cafeteria and an impressive executive office wing.
Construction time: 11 months
