When the world’s largest manufacturer of automotive lighting needed a smart, cost-effective solution to building its new headquarters, it came to Jungclaus. Working closely with Guide’s staff, we designed and built this 120,000 s.f. building that for the first time brought its staff under one roof.

Special Features include a monumental lobby staircase, technical laboratories with proprietary testing facilities, kitchen and cafeteria, multi-media conference and presentation galleries and an impressive executive office wing.

The 11-month construction time reflects a salient advantage of Design-Build, for there is no faster way to complete a project.
