philanthropy, Jungclaus-Campbell’s commitment
to diversity is a measure of civic commitment.
We began mentoring
minority partners in the mid-1980s, long before most firms. In addition
to providing financial assistance and expertise in contracts and
internal controls, even then we loaned staff to help train minority
firms in sound business practices and the best way to handle construction’s
unique challenges.
Today, we actively solicit participation from
minority- and woman-owned firms and regularly exceed mandated levels
of involvement. We welcome diversity contractors with openness toward
financial partnering, active mentoring and broad assistance with
job management. Thus we have helped build a stronger and more diverse
contracting base to benefit Indiana’s future. |
